the Edelweisshof farm shop
The Edelweisshof apartments have so much more to offer than just a farm holiday in South Tyrol
Built in 2019 from local recycled wood, they are located in a dedicated building within the farm’s extensive grounds and are surrounded by apple orchards. Amenities include a large herb and vegetable garden, a playground and a small farm shop.
Eat healthy
Those who like to buy local will surely appreciate the delicious produce and specialities from nearby farms and concerns on sale in our shop. We stock everything you need for a healthy, nutritious breakfast – from our hens’ eggs to apple juice and apple chips, just to name a few. The only thing we do not sell is bread, but you can easily buy that from the baker’s nearby.
Herbs & vegetables
If you’d like to sample the fresh vegetables and fragrant herbs from our garden, you need only ask, of course. While you are here, you could also take part in the apple harvest to get a first-hand insight into everyday life at a South Tyrolean farm!
Our animals
There is plenty to see and do for our junior guests, too. The garden is enhanced by its resident rabbits, chickens and cats, while fish swim placidly in the safely fenced pond. We have also created a playground where your kids can play the day away with a trampoline, swings, a slide, sandboxes and see-saws, or explore the grounds on a ride-on toy car or mini tractor.
Cultural
Other amenities include a lounge, a small library with a selection of books and board games and our farm’s little crowning jewel – a spacious whirlpool on the terrace! We even have our own cultural attraction, a 17th century chapel situated just 20 metres from our farm.
